Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality consulting services and solutions tailored to your needs. To ensure clarity and fairness, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Consultation Fees:
    • Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable.
  2. Service Deliverables:
    • For project-based services (e.g., system integrations, automations, custom AI tool development), refunds will only be considered if the service is not delivered as outlined in the agreed-upon scope of work.
  3. Milestone Payments:
    • If payments are made based on milestones, refunds for completed milestones will not be issued. Refunds for incomplete milestones will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Client Cancellations:
    • If a project is canceled by the client before work begins, a full refund will be issued minus any administrative fees.
    • If the project is canceled after work has begun, a partial refund may be provided based on the work completed, minus an administrative fee.
  5. Dissatisfaction:
    • If you are dissatisfied with our services, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue or determine if a refund is warranted.
  6. Force Majeure:
    • Refunds are not provided for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, server outages).
  7. Custom Tool Development:
    • Refunds are not applicable for completed tools or solutions that have been accepted and deployed by the client.
